The Ride

We’ve hand crafted this as a true Ellwood adventure. This isn’t something pulled off a map. It’s a custom built ride through parts of Laos and Northern Thailand that most people will never get near.

Laos is raw. It feels like stepping back in time. You’ll ride through places like Nong Khiaw, Oudomxay and Pakbeng, linking up mountain tracks, jungle sections and remote backcountry that keeps things interesting the whole way.

• Jungle riding, river crossings and mixed terrain
• Small villages where life hasn’t changed much
• Local towns, markets and real on-the-ground experiences
• Long dusty days backed up by a good crew and a cold beer at the end

Crossing into Thailand, things change. Around Chiang Rai, Tha Ton and Chiang Dao the riding opens up and flows, finishing strong into Chiang Mai.
