THE KIMBERLEY

Kimberley Tour Overview

Get ready for an epic 10-day ride through Australia’s rugged Top End with Ellwood Motorcycle Adventures! We kick off in Darwin and dive straight into Kakadu National Park, where you’ll explore thundering waterfalls, lush rainforests, and ancient rock art. After chilling out in Mataranka’s thermal springs, we head west into WA, hitting rugged tracks and stunning gorges before a must-see stop at Lake Argyle and the Ord River region.

Once in Western Australia, it’s all about the Kimberley region and the famous Gibb River Road. Think untouched wilderness, ancient gorges, and huge cattle stations—this is the Outback at its finest. Each day is packed with hidden historical sites, breathtaking waterfalls, and nights camping under a starry sky or hanging out at classic outback pubs. The terrain varies dramatically, transitioning from iconic cattle country to open savannah plains and remote outback tracks, offering both “A” and “B” route options to accommodate all riders’ abilities. Our experienced guides ensure a tailored experience, selecting routes that showcase the best of this remote and rugged landscape. Wind down in Broome with a cold one on Cable Beach, watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean with your new riding crew—it’s the perfect end to an unforgettable adventure.
